Luke was raised in Bartlesville, OK. He graduated from the University of Arkansas and moved to Washington, D.C. thereafter to work on Capitol Hill. Luke first joined CHBC in November 2009 and continues to work in politics. He and his wife, Katie, live in Cheverly.
